How do you control your content consumption to improve your mindset?

A human brain has somewhere between 50,000-70,000 thoughts a day and a “millennial” checks their phone on average 150 times a day. This results in consuming 7 hours and 30 minutes of content a day.
So many things happen around us. A world where we are always connected and consuming content.
How much control do you put on the content you consume?
I have a few rules when it comes to who I “follow” **
1) Do they inspire me?
2) Are they authentic?
3) Is it a close friend or family member?
Why not spend the next 10 minutes going through your feed and removing anyone that doesn’t inspire you? Then check back in with yourself in 7 days and see if your mindset has changed.
** I don’t follow anyone in real life…
